Product Introduction
The Wanguo CNC drilling machine series can perform operations such as drilling, reaming, countersinking, boring, spot facing, and tapping. It is suitable for the mass processing of complex parts and molds, including large, medium, and small plate-shaped, disk-shaped, and shell-shaped components. The machine tool’s base components are made of special castings with numerous internal stiffening ribs to optimize the internal stress structure, thereby ensuring the overall rigidity and thermal stability of the machine; the worktable surface and guide rail contact surfaces are both precision-ground to maintain stable machining accuracy over prolonged use; the Z-axis adopts a reinforced spindle structure to enhance the spindle’s geometric accuracy and radial stiffness. The spindle is designed with BT30/BT40 interfaces, enabling automatic tool changing during operation.
