Product Introduction
The Wanguo CNC gantry machining center series is mainly used for efficient drilling and milling of workpieces with thickness within the effective range, such as tube sheets, flanges, discs, valves, and ring components. The machine tool’s base components are made of special castings with a high-rigidity structure, and both the worktable surface and the guide rail surfaces are precision-ground. It can drill through-holes, blind holes, and tap threads on both single-material parts and composite materials, as well as perform milling. The machining process is digitally controlled, making operation very convenient and enabling automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and large-scale production.
Structural features of the machine tool: the gantry is fixed; the central worktable is movable; the spindle head moves up and down with the saddle and can also perform three-axis linkage along the crossbeam in the left–right direction; the main milling head is equipped with functions such as drilling, reaming, broaching, boring, and tapping. It is suitable for machining medium- and large-sized parts in industries such as machinery, iron and steel, energy, automotive, aerospace, ordnance, and shipbuilding.
Performance Features
1. The machine tool features a gantry structure, ensuring stable operation and delivering high positioning accuracy as well as excellent repeat positioning accuracy.
2. The bed base is a structural component that undergoes manual aging heat treatment to eliminate internal stresses before machining, resulting in excellent static and dynamic rigidity and resistance to deformation.
3. The gantry crossbeam, columns, and worktable are cast from HT250 gray cast iron and undergo manual aging heat treatment. The worktable is equipped with precisely machined, well-arranged T-slots for convenient workpiece clamping.
4. The drilling power head is equipped with a high-precision servo spindle motor, which drives the mechanical spindle via a toothed synchronous belt to achieve stepless speed variation.
5. All three axes are driven by high-quality servo motors and precision ball screws, and are equipped with an automatic lubrication system that provides automated lubrication for all guideways, lead screws, and other transmission components, thereby facilitating maintenance and upkeep.
6. All critical machine tool components are supplied by renowned domestic and international manufacturers to ensure reliable and stable performance. In special cases, relevant components can be configured according to customer requirements. The machine tool is equipped with commonly available tool magazines of various types to enable automatic tool changing for all machining operations.
