Product Introduction
A CNC vertical machining center is a highly efficient, automated machine tool composed of mechanical equipment and a CNC control system, designed for the machining of complex parts. It is currently one of the most widely produced and extensively used types of CNC machine tools worldwide, boasting strong comprehensive machining capabilities that enable it to complete numerous machining operations in a single workpiece setup. With high machining accuracy, it can achieve 5 to 10 times the productivity of conventional equipment when processing medium-difficulty batch workpieces. In particular, it can perform many operations that conventional machines cannot, making it especially suitable for single-piece machining of complex shapes with stringent precision requirements, as well as for small- to medium-batch, multi-variety production. By integrating functions such as milling, boring, drilling, tapping, and thread cutting into a single machine, it offers a wide range of machining processes.
This semi-closed-loop vertical machining center features direct-drive servo control on the X, Y, and Z axes, with heavy-duty guideways, wide span, and high precision, all while maintaining a compact and well-optimized structure and footprint. The spindle is driven by a servo motor via a synchronous belt, enabling single-setup machining of complex parts such as discs, plates, housings, cams, and molds, and supporting a wide range of operations including drilling, milling, boring, reaming, broaching, and rigid tapping. It is ideally suited for multi-variety, small-to-medium batch production and can meet the demands of machining complex, high-precision components.
